  • Working with our vendors/suppliers to process our faulty part RMAs.
  • Tracking parts through the RMA process.
  • Pack and ship RMAs.
  • Checking in incoming parts.
  • Update our serial tracking database with new serial numbers.
  • Alert supervisor/manager to customer support issues as needed, for example, critical or urgent parts needing approval.
  • Update online production tracking documents, such as Google sheets, as needed.
  • Assist in writing or updating RMA standard operation procedures (SOP).
  • Constantly strive to improve the RMA process to increase efficiency and improve the customer experience.
  • Experience with spreadsheets such as Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.
  • Experience with an ERP system, especially in a manufacturing environment, is a plus.

iXsystems is seeking a self-driven, experienced US Federal Account Executive to oversee and manage all US Government sales and associated channel for the TrueNAS and FreeNAS storage product lines. The Federal Strategic Account Executive (Storage) role is supported by Inside Sales and Sales Engineering to help guide customers and partners through the consultative and technical sales process. The chief objectives are to drive new business and sales channels while continuing to nurture and grow existing business, accounts, and distributor/reseller relationships.

  • Storage expertise: SAN, NAS, RAID levels, LUNs, multipathing, and extensive ZFS knowledge
  • Expertise in tuning systems, networks, and applications (with a focus around storage)
  • Disaster Recovery and Data Backup deployment expertise across multiple architectures
  • Complex network packet capture/analysis, expertise across the OSI Network protocols and HA
  • Expert in performing debugging through log reviews and associate outputs
  • Extensive experience working in support organizations dealing with enterprise customers
