OffMyServer announced today that it has entered into an agreement to purchase the iXsystem’s (formerly BSDi) general server business.
OffMyServer will immediately begin support of the iXsystems installed base and operations. OffMyServer will focus on integrating iXsystems products with its existing managed hosting services and has plans to introduce several server appliances and advanced systems offerings.
