I like the idea of a Wizard for many settings however one major gripe I have is there is no confirmation of what your system will be configured to. For example, if I have 5 hard drives and I select Automatic for my pool creation, well I get no feedback on which type of pool will be created. I got a RAIDZ1. Sure I could have made a different selection however and automatic selection should provide feedback. I'm not sure I like the idea of an automatic wizard for pool creation.
I'm not sure what happens when you don't fill in the AD fields as I don't use AD so I left those as-is.
I will put in a ticket to add setting up the Time Zone, I would have expected that to be in a setup wizard for certain.
In my mind the wizard should help setup main settings that are common for everyone:
Time Zone
Language
Network Settings
