I know that I have a raidz2 pool called two. I also have a L2ARC Cache.
However what is the ada3p2 stripe?
If I remove this drive will it destroy the pool?
I also have a drive failure and I am about to replace the drive in the next 30 mins.
However how can I remove the stripe ada3p2?

Any help is appreciated.

It looks to be like you striped one drive to your raidz2 vdev. That's not good.

You can not just "remove" this stripe. You must destroy the pool and then recreate. NOTE: destroying the pool will erase all data unless you offload it to a safe place before destroying the pool.

In general, unless you know what you are doing, you should stay away from the advanced selection in volume manager.

The seatbelts are in place to prevent this from happening.

Now if someone wants to create a mirror with a 6TB drive and a 2TB drive the would need to use the advanced button. Sure they'd only have 2TB available on their volume, but when they get paid next month, they could buy another 6TB drive and replace the 2TB with the new 6TB drive.

To restore redundancy you *could* add another drive to the stripe to make a mirror.

But basically, you want to rebuild your pool after backing it up

Come on, there's a very visible red warning when you try to do this. Please read the ominous warnings before shooting yourself in the foot.
