Webserver & Samba busted after update

Good morning!

I pushed through the latest 9.10 stable update last night and consequently broke my ability to access the web admin panel..my network shares are also inaccessible but Plex is still functional. I can access the server via SSH but have no idea what to do once in there..

I'm wondering if there's a way to restart the services or..daemons to get web services / samba back up and working. Or if its possible to roll back.

I'd like to avoid plugging in a screen and keyboard if possible.

That's what IPMI is for.

Trivial with local access. Boot into an older environment in GRUB.

Can I force another update from terminal?

I would rollback to a previous build snapshot. You need some kind of console access to do this.
