Hello,
I didn't find any info about virtualization requirements on TrueNAS SCALE. I know that TrueNAS Core (bhyve) must have UG (unrestricted guest) support. If I have CPU E5530 (Nehalem) I can't run virtual machine on TrueNAS Core. If I migrate TrueNAS Core with these CPUs to TrueNAS SCALE will be running virtual machines possible? I know that CPU is too old, but I don't have that system, I am only helping to friend.
If I choose to migrate TrueNAS Core to TrueNAS SCALE, will TrueNAS SCALE find ZFS pools created under TrueNAS Core or are there any issues with pool import?
Is it possible to migrate TrueNAS Core to TrueNAS SCALE without configuration lost? Or is there any configuration migration tool?
Thank you
m
