Im building a system with FreeNAS but my router is away from the computer, to get around this, I was thinking to use a motherboard with built-in wifi.
This is the motherboard t (motherboard, cpu and graphics card) all-in-one
AMD/QC5000-ITXWiFi

I'll just buy the motherboard, memory and a hard drive .... and should work??right??
The wifi built into the motherboard will it work with FreeNAS automatically ???
I'm still new to the forum and do not know if this is the correct place to put my questions.

FreeNAS does not support WiFi.

FreeBSD has absolutely pitiful WiFi support, so forget about WiFi.

If you absolutely must, use a WiFi bridge. Always follow the Hardware Sticky's advice when choosing hardware - random consumer motherboards won't "just work".
