USB 3.0 port for boot (not work)

Buongiorno everyones!
I tried to change my mirrored sticks port, I have used 2x USB 2.0 ports for 4 month without problem, if I plug them in the faster ports they doesn't work... why? It's a well know issues?

Might depend on BIOS settings (boot order, USB related stuff) as well as the USB3 chipset. Shortly after the update to 9.10 I switched my pair of USB(3) boot sticks over to USB3 ports and it "just worked".
