update 11.1-u2 to 11.3, unable to update

I want to update to 11.3 but, on the main page, it said:

Just to be clear you need to hold down the control key and press F5.

yes... gettingg always the same error after one second, and the page never finish completely load.. but manual update trough shell dont work too...

What are your network settings?
can you ping outside from the shell?

configure trough DHCP, I can ping google...
