Unable to access web GUI

I've been Googling around and I can't seem to find a solution. My office' server is working perfectly from a client point-of-view, but I cannot access the GUI.

I'm getting this message:

I have physical access to the server, and I know the root password, however my knowledge of FreeNAS' inner workings, using a command-line interface, and BSD is limited at best.

Anyone have an idea of what I can do? ELI5, if possible. Please and thanks!

if you have access to the console - see any errors there? are you able to restart the freenas?

What version of FreeNAS are you running?

You might try this from the console: /usr/local/etc/rc.d/django restart

Perhaps this thread applies to your circumstances.
