Trouble moving files between datasets

I'm trying to rebuild my server's datasets so I've been moving data between the various drives as I go about creating a new dataset and then moving the data back. I've done it three times now without an issue, but when I tried moving data from my Raid1 array to another volume I ran into a problem. The disk usages never spiked up and it only copied (since it didn't finish moving the file the original contents appear to be in the original place) part of one of the 50~ folders (about 1 gb of the 10gb within that file and the 500gb on the entire drive). I did the transfer through the GUI's shell and I don't know what to do now since it appears to not be moving any more of the data but I also don't want to risk losing the data altogether.

Please post the full specs of your system. Also, please post the output of "zpool status".

And can you provide the command and exact error?
