Transmission webGUI no longer working

So I had my freenas down for several months and I just started it back up a couple days ago. I have transmission installed as plugin but it doesn't seem to work any more. It was working fine before I turned off my freenas but not anymore. The only things I messed with are my dataset when I turned on freenas again(though I'm still having problems with that but thats not a jail/plugin problem). I have plex installed as a plugin but that seems to be working just fine. I'm on FreeNAS-9.10.2-U6 which should be the latest 9.10 right? I can ping transmission from my desktop and from transmission to my desktop. Transmission remote GUI can't connect either.

Were you able to resolve this? If not, is there anything in /var/log/messages when you try to connect to transmission?
