Transmission plugin is stopping downloads : Error: Unable to save resume file: No such file or direc

Hello,
I'm recently new to freeNAS and can use some help. Here is my setup config:

I'm running
BuildFreeNAS-9.3-STABLE-201502060108
Motherboard/cpu: ASRock C2550D4I mini ITX
Ram: Crucial 16GB ki
2TB NAS HD X 3
SanDisk Cruzer Fit 8GB USB 2.0 Low-Profile Flash Drive-

I have 3 plugins Plex, CP, and Transmission. I'm having a problem with transmission, when I try to download, the file starts to download but then stops with this error: Error: Unable to save resume file: No such file or directory

If I hit the resume green arrow, it will resume and continue to download the file. I need to hit the resume button several time to be able to download a file.

I been reading a few forums and it seem to do with permissions, but i have not been able to get a clear answer. Here are my logs from transmission:

I too get the world writable error on my plexmediaserver_1 on my shell.
