Transmission and MiniDLNA configuration help needed! Can't get it work

Hi!

I'm newbie here, just yesterday made my first NAS and installed FreeNAS.
For MiniDLNA found some tutorials to configure, so it was easy. Only thing - .mp3 files are shown as unsupported in all DLNA devices. And somehow all .mp3 file names are .hereistitle
How to get .mp3 share working?

And second problem that couldn't find any tutorial:
Installed Transmission, but transmission can't find storage for downloads.
