Transfer permission CIFS sharing

Hi all,
as subject I have some problem with file transfer on my CIFS sharing.
I've installed version FreeNAS-8.0.4-RELEASE-p3-x64 (11703). The folder where I want to transfer file is in /mnt/data/FTP/mineFolder, using FileZilla I transfer normally a text file into that directory, I also can rename, remove, edit , re-transfer this file into my local folder...but only thing that I cannot do is trasfer remote file on that location to my local folder. Why?
I notice that when i transfer file into remote location, it has 0444 permission. How can I do?

What?

you say its an issue with your CIFS, yet you are using Filezilla?

also confusing is that you say you can move files to the local folder but cant move files to local folder.

your entire post is confusing me. screenshots might help if you do not natively speak english
