"The Service Could Not Be Started" - Plugin service will not start

System: FreeNAS-8.3.0-Release-x64
RAM: 6GB
CPU: Xeon E3120 @ 3.16GHZ
Drives: 4x1tb Drives setup as RAID 1+0 using HP RAID Card


Problem:
I have installed 8.3 twice and still cannot get the Plugin Service to start

Setup:
I have created two datasets under the root dataset

-/mnt/Vol0/ - root dataset
-/mnt/Vol0/jail - Plugins jail path
-/mnt/Vol0/jailplugin - Plugins archive path

Jail IP address: 192.168.1.10 (outside of router DHCP Scope, but on same subnet)
FreeNAS IP: 192.168.1.98 (outside of router DHCP Scope, but on same subnet)

I can get the PBI files to upload successfully, but I can never start the service.

The only thing in /var/log/messages when I try to turn it on is

I have read a few post, and everyone seems to restart a few times, or it just magicly starts to work, well neither has worked for me.

Hey WOOGI, since the last month did you managed to get it to work, i was going to post it, but you have the exact same error message that i have too in messages.

So i cannot make any plugins to works, either SSH or the plugins itself

EDIT:

I managed to make SSH services to work, by editing the /etc/rc.conf and put a # in font of the line so line 52 now look like this :

But after that, the plugins service wouln't start again with another error :

So back at the rc.conf file, edited it again to comment the weird line number 55, after that i get a lot of errors :

It seem that there is a problem to enable the plugins because of some problem with network interface, i setup a interface: bge0 as per the instruction videos: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g4zIZX8pOas&feature=youtu.be

But it does not appear at all in network summary, instead i do have a bridge0 every time i boot up ?

So i am unable to start the plugins at all :(

Okay i did a mistake by trying to load the wrong pbi into the plugins, instead of trying to load the pbi of the plugins itself, i was trying to install sabnzbd !

So when i saw that, i downloaded the plugins itself witch is under: http://sourceforge.net/projects/freenas/files/FreeNAS-8.3.0/RELEASE-p1/x64/plugins/, the filename is: FreeNAS-8.3.0-RELEASE-x64.Plugins_Jail.pbi

Then the plugin install, and got the same error again with the /etc/rc.conf Syntax errors: Unterminated quoted string witch i resolved by deleting the last line with only number and " like i said in my previous post.

Then i try to enabled it again and it worked !
