switch to nightly build

Hi All,

Earlier one could switch to nightly build train under update, but this option is missing in 21.02-ALPHA-1, how do i enable nightly builds, for testing purposes ;-)

Hi,

The easiest way consist to go on this page : Index of /62993/freenasupdate/scale/TrueNAS-SCALE-Angelfish-Nightlies/ and download the update file.

Then go on system -> Update on your truenas and upload the file.

I have installed TrueNAS-SCALE-21.02-ALPHA.1 one one server and TrueNAS-SCALE-21.04-MASTER-20210421-232917 OS version on other three servers but I still don't see any option to configure scale-out ZFS and clustering. I want to test scale-out ZFS with 3 hosts within a single cluster and later scale it out to 4-5 hosts. Please can anyone tell me how to test this scenario?

Scaleout storage in GUI is a feature of TrueCommand 2.0 Beta + TrueNAS SCALE 21.04.
It's not part of the TrueNAS SCALE GUI.
