Hi
I have freenas 11.2-U5 and 3 cases:
1. Old plugin installen on 9.3, Plex server 1.12.2.4929, Web UI 3.39.5. Six libraries had been filled a long time ago. Maybe some time after that i had updated plex when was on freenas 9.3
2. I tried fresh installed of Plex Plugin 1.16.2.1297. Just installed it, then stop, add motion point to my media folder, start, add library.
3. I tried fresh installed of Plex Plugin (Flex pass) 1.16.3.1402. Same way. Just installed it, then stop, add motion point to my media folder, start, add library.
For all these cases i see same error when triyng to open an item.
All media files have 777 rights so plex even could remove files.
For last case I had also tried to remove files of plex database (after i had added mount point; "rm /Plex Media Server/Plug-in Support/Databases/*"), then restart the jail. It does't help.
