Hello please i need your help to assist me in my production environment

We intend to put true NAS server in a site where three companies use the same subnet
We want user have access to company1 folder and to his folder and can not access to other folders under the same root folder comany01
For best use of sharing

01_i creat pool
02_creat group "company01,company02,comoany03"
03_creat users and affect users to groups
04_creat share under pool created and give access to allowed users

Please give me your advises

I would like to add that I prefer authentication local of truenas not active directory
