Setting up file permissions and network access

Hi All

OK apologies again, this is i guess very basic stuff, but free nas is totally new to me.
I have set up and installed all ok, but am trying to get access to folders i have created on the server from my connected PC's
I have created a Windows CIF share, but when i try to add files to that folder on my other PC it says i need permission.

Any ideas?
