ServeRAID M1015 - IT crossflash, No Supported Devices Found

Hello,
I have successfully crossflashed the card and everything appears to be fine. During boot, the bios screens show that it detects and shows the "SAS2008-IT" with the proper firmware version but it will NOT see any of the plugged in SATA drives. I then get a message stating there are no supported devices found. I have tried multiple hard drives with the same message. What am I missing?

Are you sure you are using the correct cables to connect the drives?

Ok....I think I ordered the wrong cable.....I assume I need a "forward" version of the cable?

That's correct, you need a forward breakout cable, not a reverse breakout cable.
