SABnzbd Plugin Failing to Install

Brand new FreeNAS install (FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE-201502162250) and I am trying to get SABnzbd (0.7.20) installed and running. After it reaches stage 3/4 it produces the following error:

Feb 24 09:19:03 freenas manage.py: [middleware.exceptions:38] [MiddlewareError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: u'/mnt/tank/jails/sabnzbd_1/.plugins/PLUGIN']

I'm left with a jail (that doesn't seem to run when started) and Plugins>Installed is empty. I'm kind of new to FreeNAS, so I'm not exactly sure what to try next.

Followup : I'm not sure what I did differently, but after the reboot and after deleting the jail, I tried re-installing the plugin and after about 10 minutes, it completed successfully. Not sure why rebooting helped, but SABnzbd is running for me now.
