RAID5 Configuration - HELP!!!!

Hi all,

I am on AMD64, 4G RAM, FreeNAS 8.2-release-p6
I have problem creating a RAID5 volume.

I choose 3 disks and choose the stripe option for ZFS.
After creation, I remove 1 disk to simulate failure.
When this is done, the volume goes into error.

I have testing with RAID1(mirror) and it works fine, RAID goes into degraded mode - replace disk - RAID gets rebuild.

I cannot find any documentation for this and the only google search lands me on a FreeNAS version 0.7 that ask to add multiple disk to the system but is not relevant for the FreeNAS 8 version.

Appreciate any pointer and input for this.
