Plugins won't work on 9.3

I'm at a bit of a loss. I updated to 9.3 from the previous version and now my plugins wont work. I searched and someone suggested changing permission on the volumes. Tried that no success. Then I createed a clone boot deleted all the plugins and all the jails and re-installed the plex plugin and it activates but doesn't locate any media with the new plugin.

Any help is appreciated, but I would love to re-enable the original plugins. Thanks

Any luck with this? If not, anything in /var/log/messages when you try to start/access the plugins?
