Jail template missing to install plugins on 9.3

Hi guys, i started using Freenas 9.3 few days ago, to share media with my household.

CIFS shares works like a charm but i wanted to install some plugins.

In network configuration i only configured the IP (192.168.1.254) and the default getaway (192.168.1.1)

Now, in the plugin menu, i'm supposed to have a list which come from the repo, but it only show me "No entry has been found".

The wiki said that if the "No entry error" shows, try to ping internet through Shell. Which works.

So i've downloaded PBIs of Transmission and Plex and tried to upload it manually.

Which told "Unable to found template."

I've seen out there that people said to use the template from VirtualBox which doesn't work as well...

So i'm kinda lost right now.. Any help is granted ;)

Did you configure your DNS servers in FreeNAS?

Nope, do i need to put my ISP's DNS or something else ?

EDIT : Putting my ISP's DNSes didn't change anything.

EDIT : Now the plugins list appears, the download part of the plugin happens, he tries to create a template, then he's stops showing me "Unable to find the template" ....

I am having the same problem, everything was working fine for a couple days then on a reboot Plex wouldn't start. After uninstalling this is now happening.

I've found this guide, which let me install my plugins, but, transmission won't turn on and i can't access it in my browser.
