Can't access new files added to CIFShares

I am noob here to the forums and Freenas. I just built my first Freenas system. I have looked in the forums and did not see any solutions to my problem. So here I go.

Problem - I am not able to access recently added files on my CIFShares datasets. The files are there and I am able to see them in the finder (but grayed out). I am, however, able to access files and folders that were added a couple of weeks ago.

Since the last time I was successful in adding files to my volumes.
I have
- recently applied the recent updates to the latest 9.3 stable release.
- upgraded my Plex and Owncloud plugins. (Since deleted the owncloud plugin).
- reapplied all permissions recursively
- tried different file types

Is there any other information needed?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

No i have not been able to figure this out yet.....I also haven't had the time to really dive into it. Still looking for help or suggestions. Hope to get to it tomorrow.
