Plex stopped working

Running 11.2Beta2 and have Plex Plexpass jail running. It has been running fine. then all of a sudden while I was browsing the web interface it stopped working. The service is up and running and no errors in the /var/log/messages. I can't access it with the local jail IP either.

Any ideas/hints?

if it's an iocage jail, what's the output from iocage exec plex "service plexmediaserver_plexpass status" ?

Or just run service plexmediaserver_plexpass status inside the jail if it's warden.
