SOLVED Plex or Emby Installation on Freenas 11.3 U1

Hi Group,
I have installed Freenas 11.3 U1 from scratch and trying to add Plex or Emby plugin. When I try to install any, it gives me attached error.
Can some one help on this.

is your FreeNAS box setup properly to connect to the internet? .. are you able to update to 11.3-U2.1? If it's not talking to the internet correctly, you won't be able to install anything

Yes that's right, I cannot upgrade to 11.3 U2 but don't know how to fix internet issue if exist. I can access my freenas shared folders on my local internet and also access freenas admin page through one of my PC.

do have your gateway/dns inputted in your global network settings?

I remember, I have turned off DHCP and created the static ip so I can access my freenas locally with the same ip always and it even worked.
I did that from the server console.
Please see the attached Global Configuration and advise what should be added there.

A gateway and at least one DNS server.
