Plex Media Server plugin will not start.

I can't ge tthe plexmediaserver plugin to run. I have the jail running but the plugin will not start.


root@plexmediaserver_1:/ # service plexmediaserver start
Starting plexmediaserver.
login class 'daemon' non-existent, using default
su: pam_start: system error
/usr/local/etc/rc.d/plexmediaserver: WARNING: failed to start plexmediaserver
root@plexmediaserver_1:/ #



There is me trying to start it from the jail. I've used Solution 3 (https://forums.freenas.org/index.ph...plugins-write-permissions-to-your-data.27273/) for all my permissions.

Were you able to resolve this? If not, which build version of FreeNAS? How long ago did you install the plugin (as in recently using the same version of FreeNAS or on an earlier version)?

Did you change your permissions on the jail dataset?

Hardware specs would be useful too.
