I have the server connected to the freenas box by Iscsi and the its formatted zfs

I have a server 2008 r2 connected to to free NAS Server by Iscsi initiator on wind. When I could see the drive with no problem and save to it with no problem
when my backup software starts saving to the Nas I get the error on the image attached.
