Hi,

I,m having a problem with permission.

- Files downloaded from SABNZB some times are not viewable/read/delete from Windows.
For wathever reason, I only see a blank name for the file. I can see the size of it, but that's it.
If I try to access it from the Shell in FreeNAS, I actually see the file name with the extension.

if the download as multiple files, some will work correctly while other, under the same subfolder, will not show.

thanks for any advice.

this could be an issue with windows not understanding certain characters used in the filename. Do the files that don't show up have special characters?

I tried to create a NFS share on one of the folder with a problematic file.
I installed the client for NFS on my Win8.1.

Then used mount ip-of-NFS-Server:/Share-Name W in command prompt.
Browse to the W and DIR
Magic magic, I can see the file!

it's an MKV file... so i try to call it see if VLC cathes it, nope!
It's saying that the file is being used by another process.

the file was downloaded using SABNZBD. Could it be stock between extracting and completed?
