PERC 6 config and freenas 8.2

Hello. I am using a Dell Powervault 600 with 6 1gb disks. I am not sure what to do with the disks in the perc 6 setup menu. Do I set them up as 1 array raid 0 or raid 5? Or do I set up 6 indiviual raid o arrays and then configure them as ZFS once inside of Freenas? Thank you
