So im very new to TrueNAS. I followed a tutorial how to set everything up. I can now open the storage in windows file browser but i also want to see the files on my android phone. So i installed the Nextcloud plugin but it stores everything in another pool, i cant get acces to wia windows file browser. So, can i change the pool so that it is the same i can use on windows file explorer?

I would consider this dangerous to do, but, this can be accomplished by mounting your storages to your nextcloud jail. There will be information everywhere on how to do this.

I see that there is a way now to mount your storages outside of the root Nextcloud directory and use the Nextcloud GUI to mount external storages, this is how you should go.

Update: I tried this after I updated to latest version and its pretty slick. User www needed access to the files so pay attention to the permission section. Ive always done this as needed in a hacky way in the past so thanks for making me aware of it. Still leery of it permanently.
