New Plex install on FreeNAS 11.3 - plugin or command line?

I'm planning to install Plex and wondering which way to go - plugin or command line. What would be the reason to go for a command line install?

The machine (Gen 8 Microserver) is currently running the original Celeron CPU it came with. Basically, it's a file server for video, audio, photo. I'm OK for disk space at the moment (55% of 16TB used). The only hardware I would upgrade is the CPU (if needed) and disks when needed. I would plan to upgrade FreeNAS as and when needed.

I would suggest @danb35 's script found in the Jails folder in Resources . Just make sure that you create the plex-config file in the folder to which you downloaded the github content which includes the script that is run to perform the creation of the jail and puts plex in it..
