Very poor choice. They work hard to not tell you what NIC they're using. Turns out they're using an RTL8111H, which I guess is four letters worse than the ever-present RTL8111L.
All Realtek NICs are to be avoided like the plague (yes, they're popular for BMCs on good server boards, but performance is a not a significant concern in that application and they can tune the driver to make it work). By extension, the motherboard you selected is to be avoided like the plague.

The rest of the build sounds fine.

Wow, that website has no Skylake server boards! I can see why you picked the one you did. I would look for other sources if you can.
