I intend to make a new FreeNAS.
I have 4 x 1 TB and 2 x 1.5 TB disks and I want to put them in RAID-Z2.
What can I expect ? Any suggestions ?
Possible problems ?
How many storage should I get ?

Gigabyte P35-DS4
Intel E6420
8 GB DDR2

I already tried this components with 6 x 80 GB drives and it it worked fine (of course).
With 4 GB RAM in transfers with my PC it was about 60-70 MB/s.

The configuration shouldn't cause any problems and you'll get a little bit less than 4 TB of total usable storage with it.

Should I go immediately with Intel PRO/1000 GT (PWLA8391GTBLK) NIC adapter or maybe first to try with MoBo's network (I think it is also Intel's - chipset) ?

Most onboard network adapter work out of the box, but you could run into performance problems with Realtek ones. I'd give it a try first.

If you create a single pool with all those drives, the 1.5TB drives will only use 1TB of space and the total usable space is 3.6TB in a RAIDZ2.

The rest of your system appears to be fine at first glance.
