Hello, community. I've been running FreeNAS for several years on an AMD A6 platform. I've just migrated everything over to a used HP ProLiant server I recently purchased, and everything about my system now is just _great_. The one thing I'm running into is that the processor that came in the machine doesn't support Unrestricted Guest for bhyve. I can't run a VM for docker.
The CPU that's in the system now is a Xeon X3430. The socket is LGA 1156. There are a few options available on Newegg for other chips in that socket, but I can't figure out definitively if any of them support UG. Does anyone else have specific knowledge of an LGA 1156 chip that has UG support?
