Why did you choose this processor? Xeon models that end in the numeral 5 have GRAPHICS on the cpu which will not be used with FreeNAS. If it's a money/availability thing fine, but normally you should not choose a cpu with graphics. For example the E3-1240 V5 has no graphics.
Other than that, if your RAM is compatible, you've made a good start.

Recommended Xeon

You can get a used Xeon e3-1240 v3 on eBay for less than $200. That is what I ended up going with.
