My plex library is a bit sluggish, so I'm going to cache it all to an ssd that I already have. Now... I just don't know the best way to get everything setup without destroying and deleting my library. Assuming I'm an idiot and barely know how to work around FreeNAS, how do I get the plex cache moved over to the ssd from the array its on with the rest of the media? Another dumb question, for moving the files over on my network, with this cache them so it's fast, or do I have to setup something else with the ssd to do that?

There’s no way to cache it. But buy a second ssd and set up a mirror pool consisting of nothing but the SSDs, if you can’t afford de RAM to increase the ARC hit rate. Then rebuild the plex jail on the SSD pool instead of your spinnie pool.
