miniDLNA and Firefly can't see media files

I setup miniDLNA and Firefly on my FreeNAS 9.2.1.3 system. Installation and setup went well. Mount points created successfully inside the jail and I can see the media files.

I connect to both Firefly (from iTunes client) and miniDLNA (from PS3) but both cannot show the files in the mount point. Can you please help ?

I am thinking maybe it is a question of user privileges on the mounted media folder ?
