I've been running FreeNAS on a tiny Lenovo M93 Thinkcentre for a few months just to get the hang of the system, which I'm slowly familiarising myself with. What I'm planning to do is migrate to new hardware within the next weeks.

Does anyone have any pointers on how to go about this?

Unfortunately, my current system is using a single 2.5" disk and expect the replacement will have several 3.5" disks.

OK. Doesn't change anything. Put the old disk in the new server. Even if its just temporary to get the data off
