Migrating to new hardware

Hello,

I am upgrading my TrueNas server from an HP Microserver N40L to an HP Microserver Gen8.

I just finished moving the disks from the old to the new, but the new doesn't see them... I don't see them in the GUI, and I don't see them via the command line (lsblk just just /dev/sda - my boot disk).

Is there something I'm missing?

I found what I was missing... it generally helps the OS recognize the hardware if all of the hardware is properly connected...
