Manually update Iocage plugin?

Hi,

I am on FreeNAS 11.2 since BETA1 and updated at each new release (now on 11.2 U1). Since September I have created an Iocage Plex_pass plugin (1.13.5.5291). I wasn’t able to update once since September, and I follow documentation http://doc.freenas.org/11.2/plugins.html#update

I have look there as is it supposed to be the new official repo for iocage http://pkg.cdn.trueos.org/iocage/11.2-RELEASE/All/

Newest release (1.14.1.5487)

Looks like a bug so i recently filed a bug report : https://redmine.ixsystems.com/issues/67548

It doesn’t look like a priority to fix this bug since it’s like that for a long time. Can someone help me to manually update this “PLUGIN” (this is not a manually created jail) without losing my data (watched movie, changed thumbnails…)

I’m not sure if it will work for Iocage plugin and in the CLI they want me to do some look like I will lose my data

no, and the bug report that i've done doesn't give me an ETA for a fix

Looks like the fix is slated for U3.
