ISCSI FROM OLD G6

Hello! I am new on the forum. i want to build a freenas on little government office.

i have only this hardware available:
Hp ProLiant ml350 server g6 16gb of ram 2 x 2tb sata disk 1x1tb western digital blue SSD.
My goal is make this freenas the principal iscsi storage for VMs like web servers apps and MySQL databases.
My questions:

1) It is hardware enough for this role?.
2)Is recommendable use SSD drive for caching?
3) What kind of problem I must deal with?
