iSCSI, Device Extents went missing?

We have a Windows file server that is connected to FreeNAS server via iSCSI. This morning, we received calls from users informing us that their shared folders are not accessible. When we checked the Windows file server, from the iSCSI initiator properties windows, the targets are "reconnecting".

When we checked the FreeNAS server, we found out that the Device Extents went missing. We have 6 x 1TB of storage in it and our worry is we may loose data.
