Install stops

the computer is a i5, 8gb ram a 32gb sandisk and 250gb hard drives

I setup the usb drive to install, it gets to the intial phase I press one all starts up but then it stops I have taken a picture of the screen any ideas wuld be very helpful

I had hoped for some answers, I hope I posted this in the right forum but Seems that without help I will have to give up on this

it is a problem installing I used a DT101 G2 usb 32gb for the download from Freenas11.3-U4 , I used rufus 3.11 to create a ISO bootable on the USB stick and then weht through as per instructions
