hello guys, i'm new to virtual machines in truenas core 13. i created an ubuntu 20.04 server with docker which works perfectly but, it doesn't start automatically when truenas starts. It reboots to the install each time. Did I miss a step somewhere? Could someone help me please! Thank you and have a nice day Richard

Under Devices (for that VM) | VNC (Edit), do you see the box labeled:

Delay VM Boot Until VNC Connects

I guess that's ticked...

If it's still booting to the Installer, i suspect you didn't remove the install ISO after the First Install.
Under VM devices there's a Disk device which should have the install ISO mounted to it. Either remove the path to the ISO or delete the Disk device, should both Work.

Thank you very much sretalla and LarsR,
For my first VM I was not ready! Now thanks to your explanations I better understand how VMs work in TrueNas Core. It's not easy to understand everything the first time. I post the screenshots for those who like me will read this post.
I deleted the ISO file from the CD Rom and restarted the VM and it works thanks :)
Thank you for your precious help, I wish you a good day see you soon Richard
