Import Jail and plugins

Hi,

I had the misfortunes of needing to re-install my FreeNAS,
My conf backup kept killing my new box, so had to do everything manually.
After I import my ZFS images I had all my data back including the location where my plugins and Jail was saved.
Now I am trying to find out how I can import my Jail as stated here http://doc.freenas.org/index.php/Plugins
However I do not get an import Jail option, I only get it when I install the Jail pbi first. should I do this and if I should how do I get the setting/plugins from the old Jail into the new one?

Has any one been able to re-import your jail and get all you config on the apps back?
If so would you mind telling me how this can be done?
There is not much info on this on the page above.
Any help will be create.
