I rent my house but is it hard wired???

In the master bedroom I have an access panel. I know the cable company had to access it for my internet and cable. The internet router from the cable company is in bedroom three. I opened up the panel today and I see 7 CAT cables...though I think they are 5??? Cant see well enough.

Could I put a switch somehow in there and serve my Rokus and leave my server in there? Would I have to call the cable company out? I know this is all very vague. I have attached pictures. Looking for a mad scientist lol

The white ones are for your phone. I'd leave those alone.

The blue ones can be thought of as long patch cables. Yes, you could put a small switch in here and connect the Bedroom 3 blue cable to it and then run a cable from the switch to your server. You could also connect the other blue wires to have a hard wired connection the jack in those rooms.
