How can I add the directory I import into the storage pool?

I import the directory into the storage pool by importing the hard disk, but why is there no dataset of the directory I import in the storage pool? How can I add the directory I import into the storage pool?

You can only import into datasets (which appear as directories in the filesystem, but not in the pool management page, where you see only zpools, datasets and zvols).

Use a tool like mc at the command line or an SFTP client like filezilla to browse the structure.

If what you want is to have directories in datasets (because you want to manage snapshots, quotas or permissions and sharing differently for each of them), then rename each directory (add a 1 at the end or something) then create the dataset in its place and mv the contents from the original to the dataset.
